From the civil parish of Peasmarsh.
The best thing to come out of this part of east Sussex since the Peasmarsh chamber music festival.
Using some of Kent's finest grapes The colour of hay with pale green hues. Cut grass and kiwi on the nose precede chamomile and lemongrass on the palate whilst a fine petillance and fresh acidity complete the wine structurally.
