Ensconced in the Refrontolo hills, the heart of Prosecco country is Cantina Bernardi.
Created in 1960 by Mansueto, who has imparted his love for his land and wine to his sons and grandsons; the third generation of vintners, who continue their work in the winery today.
Cantina Bernardi manage the entire process of the wine production, from selection and manual harvesting of the grapes, vinification to second fermentation with Martinotti method in autoclave to produce sparkling wine. Then from ageing in small barrels for reds and dessert wines to the final phase of bottling.
The wines produced are those typical of the Marca Trevigiana, such as the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, various versions of sparkling wine, Prosecco DOC frizzante and many still wines.
