Château Ollieux Romanis
This generations old, family run winery, Château Ollieux Romanis is located in the heart of the Massif du Pinada in the Corbières, Languedoc
It's a very large estate, of around 150 hectares of vineyards, including old vines such as Carginan, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Roussanne and Marsanne.
All wines are 100% organic and in order to enhance biodiversity, they have moved away from monoculture and cultivated many indigenous grape varieties.
