Jauma

Before he turned to winemaking, James Erskine was a formidable sommelier, then he decided to undertake a Degree in Agricultural Science (Oenology). He is based in the Maclaren Valley, Australia and founded Jauma in 2010.

James is very much a low intervention, winemaker. He and his two partners (Sophie Taylor and Andrew Douglas) make wines without additives or pesticides and harvest the grapes manually.
