LIBATION RETURN & REFUNDS
Libation have a 14 days Return Policy.
The 14 days start from purchase date - therefore if 14 days have elapsed we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your wine must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
To verify your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item (wine) not in its original condition. e.g. label damaged.
- Any item (wine) that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
