Damien Menut

Damien Menut biodynamically farms 4 hectares of vines, including Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon and older vines of Grolleau Noir and Gamay. He also does as much as possible by hand in his cellar, including the de-stemming of grapes.

Damien makes unique wines deeply reminiscent of the terroir without any additions.
