In the early 2000's, Sébastien Morin had a chance encounter with the legendary vigneron, Jean-Marc Brignot. Over the next decade, Sébastien travelled to Jura to observe and assist Jean-Marc, whilst juggling his office job in Paris.
Since 2015 he has been based in the southern Beaujolais town of Saint-Étienne-des-Oullières and is farming 1.5 hectares of Gamay just yards from his cellar door.
Sébastien is gentle and respectful when working in his cellar, there are no additions of any type.
