A true labour of love - Old-fashioned sickles are used to hoe the weeds, work on the vines is predominantly manual. The vines are fertilised with manures from their cattle as well as green fertilisers composed of clover.
In this bottle the result is a rustic, light bodied white wine with a thirst-quenching mix of summer flowers, yellow plums and wild herbs held together by racy minerals.
