HOW THE SUBSCRIPTION WORKS

How does the Libation subscription work?

Selection of up to 6 bottles of wine - either one up too six bottles of natural wines will arrive at your door + you'll receive all the benefits available. From exclusive wines to our Libation friends discounts.

How do we choose your natural wines?

We have 15 years in the industry and work closely with guest sommeliers and suppliers in order to find you new and exciting natural wines from all over the world. Every natural wine will be low sulphite, vegan and organic/biodynamic because we think wines that are free from chemicals and additives are the future.

When do I receive my subscription and access to the benefits?

We send all our natural wine in environmental packaging via next working day service. You will receive a notification with tracking info once your wines have been dispatched. If you have any problems with your delivery please get in touch via contact page or live chat.

When will we charge you for your Libation subscription?

We will first charge you the day of purchase and you receive your first box the next working day (check shipping & delivery) from then on the recurring subscription fee will be charged on the same day each month and dispatched the next working day.

Need to update or cancel your Libation subscription?

Go to 'My Subscription' where you can change delivery address or payment details. Also pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
